Dutch Coding Company is moving to EDGE Workspaces
On 1 January we trade our office at Strijp-S for EDGE Workspaces, right next to Eindhoven Central Station. The finishing touches are being put on the building now, and in January we'll be among the first to move in. At the same time, we're opening satellite offices in Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
Since Dutch Coding Company was founded, we've spent more than nine happy years working at Microlab at Strijp-S. Like many buildings at Strijp-S, Microlab is a former Philips building full of creative makers. From our very first day, this is where we worked, welcomed clients and got to know many of the other members in the building. We're grateful for the opportunities Microlab has given us, and we leave on a good note.
The next step
Dutch Coding Company is evolving and growing fast, and we need a space to match. That's why on 1 January 2027 we're moving to EDGE Workspaces in EDGE Eindhoven, on Stationsweg in the city centre. There we'll have a workplace with a green atrium and all the facilities we need for the next phase of Dutch Coding Company.
From our office in the north-east corner of the building, we look out over the platforms of Eindhoven Central Station, with the TU/e campus on the other side of the tracks. With a car park in the basement and just a one-minute walk from the station, we're easy to reach for all our clients and colleagues.
About EDGE Workspaces
EDGE Workspaces is the workspace brand of real estate developer EDGE, offering flexible offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms and event spaces in cities including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Berlin, Hamburg and, soon, Eindhoven. Their starting point is that an office should be more than a place with desks: hospitality, health and a lively community come first.
EDGE Eindhoven is a new building with around 25,000 m² of office space, combined with a residential tower of 175 apartments. EDGE Workspaces runs the ground floor and the first two floors, and also operates the reception for the entire building. A few things we're looking forward to:
- An atrium full of daylight and greenery, with a coffee bar at its centre as a place to meet.
- Facilities like a gym and a restaurant, which make the building an attractive place to work for our team.
- Monthly community events where we can meet other people from the building.
- Sustainability and health: the building is designed for BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold, with sensors that monitor air quality, among other things.
Alongside the smaller tenants of EDGE Workspaces, companies including Deloitte, ING, AKD, Boels Zanders and WD-40 are moving into the building.
Rotterdam and Amsterdam too
Eindhoven remains our home base, but we work for clients all over the country. That's why in early 2027 we're also opening satellite offices in Rotterdam, on the Coolsingel, and in Amsterdam, on the Zuidas. That puts us closer to our clients in the Randstad and makes working together even easier. These offices are open by appointment only.
Our barista is ready
Until the end of this year, you'll still find us at Microlab. From January, you're very welcome at EDGE Eindhoven, where a barista makes great coffee and tea all day long.
