More than 300 participants have already used the Eindhoven Academy app
A complete solution for digital communication with participants, fully in the Eindhoven Academy brand identity and integrated with their systems.
Eindhoven Academy offers training and education in successful collaboration in the Brainport Eindhoven region. The Eindhoven Academy trainings were a success, but the communication with and presentation towards participants could be more professional.
Documents and event details were sent by email, the network was maintained on LinkedIn and quick communication happened via WhatsApp. Eindhoven Academy ran into problems when a participant didn't use WhatsApp or had missed an email. On top of that, it was difficult for former participants to stay in touch.
Especially for Eindhoven Academy, we developed a custom app.
To achieve this, we developed the Eindhoven Academy app for both Android and iOS. The app is exclusively for participants in the Eindhoven Academy programs. They can log in with a password that Eindhoven Academy can create for them in just a few clicks. In the app, participants, alumni and other contacts from the Eindhoven Academy network can communicate with each other, share information and download files. You'll also find relevant events there, and Eindhoven Academy keeps its network informed about new developments.
Although most participants have a suitable smartphone, there are always a few people who prefer not to use an app. That's why we developed a web platform alongside the app. The web platform has all the functionality of the app, but through a modern web portal. Participants can log in with the same credentials as in the app. Also handy when they want to view some documents on their computer.
Participants and speakers are added to the app automatically. This happens through the integration we built with the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system of Eindhoven Academy. In the CRM system they keep track of all data on participants, speakers and prospects. With a single click, these can also be added to the app.
